How’s this for “street team” marketing? Our pedicab crews actually drove the streets in Washington DC offering free rides to and from the new Georgetown Safeway supermarket, the Greenest Grocery Store in America. Free bike rides? That’s something both sides of the aisle can agree on.

Meet Molly B. Right, the internationally-known artist we brought to Washington DC for the Grand Opening of Safeway’s new store in Georgetown. She uses old bottle caps to create one-of-a-kind works of art. Her DC-based artwork will be auctioned off to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington. Now that’s recycling for a good cause.
