It was an exciting night for all of us. Taking home six Addys and the top prize…Best of Show, for the California Academy of Sciences’ holiday radio campaign. It was a great Addys event, made even more memorable with a traditional celebration at Skully’s 80’s Night!
The results are in – and our State of Ohio Tourism campaign got lots of ’em. We just found out our “Too Much Fun for Just One Day” campaign yielded an impressive 14-to-1 return-on-investment for 2011, topping the 13-to-1 ratio in 2010 and 2009. So not only is the campaign fun…it works too.
Gene’s hair is now shorter than Todd’s beard! After rockin’ the long locks for over a decade, Art Director Gene Roy busted his ‘do last night. (Wagers are flying if Todd will be inspired to do the same.)

Happy 55th Birthday to the one and only Colo, the first gorilla born in human care, right here at the Columbus Zoo. She’s now the oldest gorilla in any zoo, and boasts a huge family tree. The lion may be the king of the jungle, but Colo’s the queen of the zoo.
Inspired by Pee Wee Herman, our production team toured the Alamo in San Antonio today before a big TV shoot tomorrow. Everyone enjoyed it – especially Todd’s beard.
