After a year of lifting weights, running sprints, pushing boxes, getting barked at and being pushed to new limits, our own Susie Shire has been named D1 Athlete of the Month (a workout facility next door). She’s worked her butt off… literally, says Phil Hawk, D1 trainer. Way to go Ms. Shire.
